Business phone systems that follow your team anywhere. Number porting, call routing, voicemail to email, and call recording where you need it.£18 to £35/user/month

VoIP simply means your phones run over the internet rather than the old copper line. In practice that turns the phone system from a box on the wall into software, and software can do things a box never could: ring your mobile and your desk at once, follow you to a laptop at home, and put every call, voicemail and missed number in one place you can actually see.
Cloud telephony is the same idea taken to its natural end. There is no hardware in a cupboard to fail, no engineer visit to add a line, and no separate bill for every site. You add a person in a couple of minutes, move an office without touching the phones, and pay per user rather than per wire. The line between a phone system and a piece of business software has essentially gone.
We build on whatever fits: 3CX, Twilio, RingCentral, or a tidy setup on a provider you already have. The right one depends on your size, how you sell, and whether you make a handful of calls a day or run a floor of them. We tune it to that rather than dropping in a default nobody adjusts.
See it work
Pick something that happens in your day and watch the busywork run itself.
A scripted demonstration of a real workflow shape. We build these against your own tools, so the exact steps and systems are yours.
The immediate win is that you stop losing calls, and a missed call is almost always a missed job. Proper routing means the call reaches someone, or lands as a voicemail that arrives in an inbox and gets dealt with, instead of ringing out to nobody. For a lot of businesses that single change pays for the whole system inside a month.
The second win is that your team stops being tied to a desk. Calls follow the person, not the building, so home, site and office are the same as far as a customer can tell. They ring one number and reach you, and the caller has no idea whether you are at your desk or on the road.
And because everything is now data, you can finally see what is happening: how many calls came in, how many were missed, how long people waited, which numbers keep ringing back. That is the difference between guessing your phones are fine and knowing, and it is where a quiet problem like a queue nobody answers stops hiding.

Illustrative cases. Tap one to see what happened and what could have been done.
The case
A family-run garage had traded on the same landline number for thirty years, and it was the one thing they could not risk losing in a move to new premises.
What could have been done
Porting the number onto cloud telephony before the move means the day they change address the phone rings exactly as it always had, now also reaching the workshop mobiles when the office is busy. Not a customer notices anything except getting through faster.
The case
A busy plumbing firm assumed they were answering everything. In fact thirty to forty calls a week were ringing out at lunch and after five, every one a potential job walking to a competitor, and nobody could see it happening.
What could have been done
Call data makes the gap visible, and a simple out-of-hours message with overflow to a mobile turns most of those calls back into booked work, with the owner seeing it in the reports rather than taking anyone's word for it.
