FAQ
The things people ask us before they hire us: what it costs, how long it takes, who they will actually deal with and where their data ends up. If the answer you need is not here, ask us directly and we will tell you straight.
Tell us the job that is costing you the most time. We look at it, tell you what we would change, and give you a fixed price before anything begins. Most people start with Admin Rescue or a short audit.
No. The first call and the first look at your setup are free. You only pay once there is a scoped piece of work and you have agreed the price.
A brochure site usually lands between £4,000 and £8,000, and an online shop between £8,000 and £18,000. Where you sit in that range depends on how many pages, how much content you have ready, and whether you need anything bespoke. You get a fixed price after a short scoping call.
It depends heavily on scope, so a bespoke system usually runs from around £20,000 upwards, and larger contact centre platforms more. We start with a short paid discovery, agree exactly what it needs to do, then give you a fixed price before any build begins.
No. We quote a fixed price for the whole piece of work and agree it in writing before we start. Day rates reward slowness and we would rather not be paid that way.
Monthly services cancel with a month's notice. Your code, your data and your credentials belong to you from day one, and we hand them over without an argument or an invoice.
Admin Rescue is live in about three weeks. A website is three to six weeks. Omnichannel e commerce is six to ten weeks. We give you a date before we start and tell you early if anything threatens it.
Yes. Cloud telephony is usually around £18 to £35 per user per month, including number porting, call routing and voicemail to email. We also set up and tune predictive and progressive diallers for outbound teams.
Yes. Predictive, progressive and preview diallers, typically £8,000 to £15,000 depending on seats and integration, including CRM integration, call recording, wallboards and Ofcom abandoned call compliance.
Yes. Every call, meeting and voice note turned into searchable text with summaries and actions, typically £600 to £1,500 a month depending on volume. It handles strong regional accents, and it can run entirely on our infrastructure if your data cannot leave the UK.
Yes, including AI SEO, which means being found in AI assistants as well as Google. Usually £750 to £2,500 a month depending on scope. We start with a free audit so you can see what is actually wrong before you spend anything.
Yes. That is omnichannel e commerce: one stock list, one customer record and one set of numbers across your site, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, marketplaces and your shop till.
Yes. Linux and Windows, on premises or cloud, managed infrastructure usually £500 to £1,000 a month. Networks, firewalls, VPNs and site to site links typically £3,000 to £6,000.
A trained administrator working on your business remotely, backed by automation so they get through several times the work of a normal hire. Inbox, diary, quotes, invoicing and CRM tidying, typically £1,000 to £2,000 a month depending on hours.
Yes. We spent twenty years inside enterprise IT. Contact centre platforms, multi site infrastructure, migrations and managed service, from about twenty seats upwards.
We are based in Glasgow and work across the whole of the United Kingdom. Most support is done remotely the same hour, and we come on site wherever the job genuinely needs it, from the central belt to London and everywhere between. We do not price by postcode.
One named engineer who knows your setup. Not a rota, not a ticket queue, and not an account manager relaying messages to people you never meet.
We use business tiers that exclude your content from model training, we name the exact providers used on your build in writing, and anything that reaches a customer or moves money is checked by a person first.
Yes where it needs to. Transcription and document processing can run entirely on our own infrastructure so nothing leaves the country. Tell us early if that is a requirement.
Not slogans. These are the three things clients tell us made the difference.
01
We scope the work, put a number in writing and stick to it. If you change what you want, we tell you what that costs before we do it. No day rates, no drip of extras at the end.
02
You get a person who knows your setup and answers when you call. Not a rota, not a first line script, and not an account manager relaying messages to people you never meet.
