Find out what AI your staff are already using, what business data might be leaking into it, and whether any of it is safe, before it becomes a problem. Plain-English, no hype, no obligation.£900 to £3,500

An AI audit is a clear-eyed look at how artificial intelligence is already being used in and around your business, what data is going into those tools, and whether any of it is a risk, followed by a plain-English report and a sensible plan. The starting point most owners miss is that this is not a future question. Your staff are almost certainly using AI already, in their own way, whether or not anyone decided they should, and nobody has looked at what that means.
The quiet risk is data. When someone pastes a contract, a customer list, a set of figures or a confidential email into a free AI tool to save time, that information can leave your business and end up somewhere you have no control over, often without the person realising they have done anything wrong. Multiply that across a team and you have a steady, invisible leak of exactly the information you are otherwise careful to protect, with no record of what went where.
We find out which AI tools are actually in use, including the unofficial ones, look at what kinds of data are going into them and where that data ends up, and assess the real risks: information leaking out, answers being wrong in ways that matter, privacy and confidentiality, and the new rules now arriving, including the EU AI Act whose obligations begin to bite through 2026. Then we write it up plainly, with a prioritised, practical plan, and no obligation to buy anything. The aim is to let you use AI's genuine benefits safely, not to scare you off it.
See it work
Pick something that happens in your day and watch the busywork run itself.
A scripted demonstration of a real workflow shape. We build these against your own tools, so the exact steps and systems are yours.
The first benefit is seeing a risk that is currently invisible to you. Shadow AI use, staff quietly using whatever tools they find, is happening in most businesses right now, entirely off the books, and you cannot manage what you cannot see. An audit brings it into the light: here is what is actually being used, here is what data is involved, here is where the genuine exposure is. That visibility alone puts you back in control of something that has been running unsupervised.
The second is protecting your confidential and customer data before it leaks rather than after. Once sensitive information has gone into the wrong tool it cannot be pulled back, and if it is customer data you may have a legal and reputational problem on your hands. Finding the leaks and closing them, with simple rules staff can actually follow, stops a slow, silent problem from becoming a public one, which is far cheaper than dealing with the aftermath.
The third is getting the upside of AI without the downside, which is the whole point. AI genuinely can save your business real time and money, and the answer is not to ban it, which just drives it further underground. The audit lets you say yes to it deliberately: the right tools, used on the right data, with the right guardrails, so your people get the benefit safely rather than taking risks nobody sanctioned. It turns AI from an unmanaged liability into a managed advantage.

Tap an example to read what actually happened.
A professional firm assumed nobody was using AI, until the audit found several staff were routinely pasting client documents into a free chatbot to speed up their writing, sending confidential information straight out of the business without anyone intending any harm. We identified exactly what was happening, helped them move to a safer arrangement that did the same job without the leak, and gave the team a simple, clear rule. A genuine confidentiality breach in the making was closed before it ever surfaced.
A business had reacted to the AI wave by banning the tools outright, but the audit showed staff were using them anyway on their personal phones, now completely out of sight and with no safeguards at all. Rather than a ban nobody followed, we helped them adopt a sanctioned, safer set of tools with sensible limits, so the usage came back into the open where it could be managed. They ended up both safer and more productive than either the ban or the free-for-all had left them.
