Every call, meeting and voice note turned into searchable text, with summaries and actions extracted automatically. Accurate on strong regional accents.£600 to £1,500/month

Call intelligence is what happens when you stop treating conversations as things that vanish the moment they end. Every call, meeting and voice note is turned into accurate, speaker-separated text, and then the useful parts are lifted out for you: a short summary, the actions someone promised, the moment a customer got annoyed, the bit where a rule might have been broken.
The transcription itself is the boring, hard part, and it is where most tools quietly fail. General speech engines are trained on tidy American voices and struggle the moment they meet a Glaswegian, a crossed line or two people talking at once. We tune for the accents and conditions you actually work in, because a transcript that is ninety percent right is often worse than none, since you stop trusting it.
On top of the text sits the intelligence: the summaries, the action extraction, the sentiment and compliance flags. This is the part where a machine genuinely reaches further than a person could, because no human is going to read back four hundred calls a week looking for the two that went wrong. Software will, every time, without getting bored on call number three.

What lands in your system
A scripted demonstration using fixed sample documents, so you can see the shape of the output. Bring us your own worst paperwork and we'll run it properly.
The first thing it buys back is time. Nobody has to sit writing up notes after a call, because the summary and the actions are already there, attached to the record, ready to drop into your CRM or a follow-up email. On a busy team that is hours a week returned to actually talking to customers rather than typing about them.
The second is that nothing important slips through. The promise made on a Friday afternoon, the complaint that was smoothed over verbally and never logged, the compliance phrase that should have been said and was not: all of it is now findable, because it is text you can search rather than a memory you have to hope someone kept.
And it turns your conversations into something you can learn from. Patterns you could never see one call at a time become obvious across hundreds: the objection that keeps coming up, the wording that closes, the question customers ask that your website should already answer. That is coaching, product feedback and marketing insight, all falling out of calls you were having anyway.
Tap an example to read what actually happened.
A debt advice charity in the west of Scotland had tried two well-known transcription tools and binned both, because on their callers' accents the output was closer to comedy than record. We tuned a setup to those voices and their call conditions, and got accuracy the advisers actually trusted, which mattered enormously given how sensitive and closely governed the conversations were.
A financial adviser is required to evidence that certain things were said on every client call, and was spot-checking a handful by hand and hoping. We set the system to flag any call missing the required wording or showing signs of an unhappy client, so instead of listening to two hundred calls a month they reviewed the six the machine raised. The code read all two hundred; the human judged the ones that counted.
