Refund and cancellation policy
Last reviewed 22 July 2026
When you can cancel, when you are due a refund, and how deposits and part completed work are treated. Consumers have extra statutory rights, set out below.
One off remote support
Remote support is charged by the hour at a rate we agree with you before we start, with a one hour minimum. If a job needs paid third party software or hardware, we tell you the cost and get your agreement before spending anything. If we look and decide the problem is not something we can help with, we will say so early rather than run the clock.
Consumer cancellation rights
If you are a consumer buying online or over the phone, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 normally give you fourteen days to cancel. Because support and digital services are often wanted immediately, we ask you to confirm you want us to start within that period. If we do and then finish the work, the right to cancel that specific service ends, but your rights over faulty or not as described work under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain.
Project deposits and staged work
Deposits secure your slot and cover the discovery and scoping work done up front, so they are non refundable once that work has started. If a project is cancelled partway through, you pay for the work completed and any third party costs already committed, and anything paid beyond that is refunded.
Monthly services
Monthly plans are billed in advance and cancel with one month's notice. We do not refund part months, but you keep the service until the paid period ends.
